When we hit the public URL, it prompts for credentials.
After entering the credentials it redirects to hub page and trigger the following error

An error Occured :
"Connection to the Qlik Sense engine failed for unspecified reason. Refresh your browser or contact your system admin"

/
change the router firewall rule to allow ports
80,443,4243,4244 and 4248 and the IP address of your server.

whitelist all of the following in the QMC:
- IP address (public IP)
- Actual host name (Windows machine name)
- DNS name (e.g., myhost.mydomain.com)
